Privacy Policy

The operator of Daroha controls the personal data described in this policy. Write to support@daroha.app for any privacy request. A postal address is available on request at that email address.

Your trips

You type every trip yourself. A trip holds:

• the duration in minutes;
• the direction, such as To Work;
• the date;
• the departure time, if you add it;
• a note, if you write one.

Trips you import from a CSV file hold the same fields. The app also keeps the directions you create.

Your account, if you sign in

An account is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive three things: your name or the placeholder that Apple gives us, your email address, and an account identifier. We never receive your password.

Messages you send us

If you write to support, we receive your message and your email address. We use them to answer you.

• Your location. The app has no location permission. It cannot read your GPS position, and it has no map.
• Your contacts, photos or calendar. The app never asks for them.
• Advertising identifiers. There are no ads and no ad networks in the app.
• Behavioural analytics. The app tracks no screens, no taps and no sessions today. If we add product measurement later, we update this policy first.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.

On your device

The app stores your trips, directions and settings on the device. This is why it works offline. If you never sign in, your trips never leave the device.

On our server

When you sign in, the app syncs your trips and directions to our database at Supabase. Row-level security protects every row: only your authenticated account can read or write your data.

Each service below gets only what it needs for its job. None of them gets your trips, except Supabase, which stores them for you.

Daroha offers a paid subscription called Premium. It keeps your period comparison up to date. Everything else in the app stays free.

• Apple processes the payment through the App Store.
• We receive your subscription status, never your card details.
• RevenueCat stores that status next to your account identifier, so the app can unlock Premium on your other devices.
• If you subscribe as a guest, RevenueCat uses an anonymous identifier instead.

The Terms of Use explain the price, renewal and cancellation.

• Your trips stay until you delete them. We apply no time limit.
• Settings → Reset data clears your trips and directions. If you are signed in, it also removes them from the server.
• Settings → Delete account removes your trips, directions, profile and login from our systems. This action is permanent.
• If you delete the app, the local data goes with it.
• Support emails stay in our mailbox. Ask us to delete a thread and we delete it.

• Settings → Export trips — get a CSV copy of your own trips.
• Settings → Reset data — clear all trips and directions.
• Settings → Delete account — remove your account and its data from the server.
• Settings → Sign out — return to the local journal and keep your synced data.

You can also use the app with no account at all. Then there is nothing for us to hold.

The law in your country can give you the right to see, correct, export or erase your personal data. The GDPR does this in the EU and the UK.

The app already shows you everything we hold about you, and the controls above export and erase it at once. For any other request, write to support@daroha.app. We answer within 30 days.

Daroha is not for children under 13. We do not collect data from them on purpose. If you believe that a child sent us data, write to us and we remove it.

We change this policy only when the app changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. For an important change, we also write it in the release notes.
